        dc:description          "La Camera, preso atto della necessita' di razionalizzare il servizio degli ausiliari nelle Forze di Polizia e nel Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco, che ha spinto il Governo a prevedere, nel piu' ampio contesto di una generale riforma della leva, attraverso specifici provvedimenti, una gestione unitaria di tale servizio, considerato che il nuovo quadro normativo prevede una riduzione del contingente degli ausiliari di leva, da realizzarsi gradualmente nell'arco del quadriennio 1997-2000, impegna il Governo a prevedere, nell'ambito dei contingenti massimi stabiliti per gli ausiliari, il soddisfacimento prioritario delle esigenze dell'Arma dei Carabinieri, riconoscendo l'opportunita' che eventuali flessioni dell'attuale contingente annuo degli ausiliari dell'Arma dovranno trovare adeguate compensazioni con provvedimenti di incremento organico mediante immissione di personale volontario delle Forze Armate; conseguentemente a favorire l'immissione nei gradi iniziali dei ruoli organici delle Forze di Polizia, a copertura dei posti disponibili, mediante appositi concorsi, per compensare la progressiva riduzione del numero di ausiliari assegnati.
