        dc:description          "La Camera dei deputati considerato: che in questi ultimi mesi i contribuenti sono stati sottoposti a numerosi e complessi adempimenti straordinari in applicazione delle disposizioni della legge n. 413 del 1991; che alcuni termini originariamente stabiliti si sono rivelati troppo stretti per consentire un compiuto e completo raggiungimento delle facolta' previste dalla legge sopramenzionata, talche' con il decreto-legge n. 319 del 1992 si e' proceduto al differimento di alcuni termini; che risulta di interesse preminente convertire definitivamente in legge il decreto n. 319 del 1992 e che per raggiungere tale obiettivo e' indispensabile non emendare il testo approvato dal Senato, in considerazione del periodo feriale; che tuttora il termine del 10 settembre 1992 dell'articolo 29 della legge n. 413 del 1991 e' troppo ravvicinato per consentire alle imprese familiari di trasformarsi in societa' di persone, considerato il complesso degli adempimenti da effettuare; che il termine stabilito dall'articolo 58 della legge n. 413 del 1991 che consente all'imprenditore individuale di escludere i beni immobili dal patrimonio dell'impresa mediante il pagamento di una somma a titolo di imposte sostitutive e' passato inosservato, in quanto sovrastato da altri piu' urgenti cogenti scadenze; che il differimento di questi due termini non comporta oneri per l'erario, ma entrate aggiuntive; tutto cio' considerato la Camera impegna il Governo a differire tempestivamente per un congruo periodo il termine di cui all'articolo 29 della legge n. 413 del 1991 e a riaprire il termine previsto dall'articolo 58 della legge n. 413 del 1991.
