        dc:description          "Atto Camera Ordine del Giorno 9/01209-A/037 presentato da TERZONI Patrizia testo di Mercoledì 31 ottobre 2018, seduta n. 75 La Camera, premesso che: il disegno di legge di conversione del decreto-legge n.109 del 2018, recante disposizioni urgenti per la Città di Genova, la sicurezza della rete nazionale delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti, gli eventi sismici del 2016 e 2017, il lavoro e le altre emergenze, al Capo IV, articoli 37-39, reca misure urgenti per gli eventi sismici verificatisi in Italia centrale negli anni 2016 e 2017; al fine di assicurare la piena funzionalità degli Uffici speciali per la ricostruzione e il supporto necessario all'attività del Commissario straordinario, delle Regioni, delle Province e dei Comuni interessati dagli eventi sismici verificatisi a far data dal 24 agosto 2016, si rende necessaria la proroga dei contratti di lavoro a tempo determinato, previsti dagli articoli 3 e 50- bis del decreto-legge 17 ottobre 2016, n.189, impegna il Governo ad assumere opportune iniziative normative affinché i contratti di lavoro a tempo determinato, in scadenza al 31 dicembre 2018, delle aree di cui in premessa, siano prorogati. 9/1209-A/ 37 .
