        dc:description          "Al Ministro del bilancio e della programmazione economica. - Per sapere - premesso che: il recente decreto legislativo n. 93 del 1993 nonche' i decreti-legge n. 280 e n. 285 del 1993 relativi al trasferimento dei soppressi Dipartimento per gli interventi straordinari nel Mezzogiorno e dell'Agenzia per la promozione e sviluppo nel Mezzogiorno, solamente in via interpretativa, hanno disposto una temporanea titolarita' del Ministero del bilancio per la disciplina dei programmi regionali di sviluppo senza prevederne una specifica procedura delle rispettive competenze; risulta essere di fondamentale importanza una rimodulazione complessiva delle risorse e delle revoche relative ai provvedimenti di assegnazione per tutti i lavori che non risultano ancora avviati, nonche' una congrua ponderazione relativa alla riassegnazione delle risorse oggetto di revoca -: se non ritenga opportuno, in considerazione della complessa ed articolata problematica esposta, assumere le iniziative necessarie per prorogare al 30 novembre i termini fissati attualmente al 30 settembre 1993 per quanto concerne i lavori che non risultino ancora consegnati e materialmente iniziati per una serie di motivazioni, le quali non sempre dipendono dalla volonta' delle Regioni e degli Enti locali.
