        dc:description          "Al Ministro per la funzione pubblica e gli affari regionali. - Per conoscere - premesso che: con la cosiddetta legge Gava n. 142 del 1990 la prescrizione dei reati contro la Pubblica amministrazione e del conseguente risarcimento dei danni e' stata ridotta da dieci a cinque anni; con il 13 giugno prossimo si compira' il quinquennio che determina la prescrizione dei reati contro la Pubblica amministrazione; le inchieste contro la corruzione hanno evidenziato che moltissimi episodi di corruzione sono avvenuti prima del 1990, per cui potrebbe verificarsi l'ipotesi che i corrotti siano condannati penalmente senza pero' essere obbligati a restituire il maltolto -: quali iniziative si intendano adottare con assoluta urgenza per evitare la prescrizione quinquennale dei reati contro la Pubblica amministrazione, riportandola al termine di dieci anni, e il verificarsi di gravissime ingiustizie che suonerebbero offesa alle persone oneste e rispettose della legge.
