        dc:description          "I sottoscritti chiedono di interpellare il Ministro delle poste e telecomunicazioni, per sapere - premesso che: l'emittente radiofonica Radio radicale e' stata riconosciuta come impresa che svolge attivita' di informazione di interesse generale in base alla legge 223 del 1990; il servizio che Radio radicale, unica in Italia, svolge e' di grande importanza per la nostra attivita' di parlamentari; detta emittente ha dovuto sospendere le proprie trasmissioni sulla frequenza di 102,4 MHz nella citta' di Roma a seguito del provvedimento del Circolo delle costruzioni del Ministero delle poste, in quanto considerata frequenza non indispensabile ad \"illuminare\" l'area di servizio ai sensi dell'articolo 32.4 della legge 223 del 1990; da quando tale provvedimento e' stato adottato a Roma, ed in particolare nel centro della citta' e nella zona della Camera dei deputati, la ricezione dei programmi di Radio radicale e' estremamente difficoltosa ed in alcune zone addirittura impossibile -: con quali criteri e' stata stabilita la non indispensabilita' delle frequenze; se non intenda adoperarsi per impedire il degrado del servizio che Radio radicale rende al Parlamento e alla popolazione intera.
