        dc:description          "Atto Camera Interpellanza urgente 2-00442 presentata da GIUSEPPE RUVOLO martedi' 28 luglio 2009, seduta n.210 I sottoscritti chiedono di interpellare il Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri, il Ministro delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti, il Ministro del lavoro, della salute e delle politiche sociali, per sapere - premesso che: la Guardia di finanza di Agrigento ha posto sotto sequestro il nuovo ospedale «San Giovanni di Dio» della citta' di Agrigento perche' a rischio crollo, soprattutto in caso di terremoto; la struttura inaugurata solo cinque anni fa sarebbe stata realizzata con cemento depotenziato; il provvedimento cautelare e' stato adottato alla fine di numerose indagini condotte dalla Guardia di finanza, coordinata dalla procura di Agrigento, indagini che hanno messo in evidenza gravi carenze strutturali dell'intero complesso ospedaliero, tali da esporre a gravissimo rischio sismico l'intero manufatto; nei giorni scorsi, inoltre, era stata consegnata la relazione tecnica nella quale si fa riferimento ad una «struttura fragile» che «andrebbe rapidamente chiusa»; all'attuale commissario che gestisce l'ospedale e che e' stato nominato «custode dell'immobile» sono stati concessi trenta giorni di tempo per l'adozione di provvedimenti a tutela dell'incolumita' del personale sanitario e amministrativo e dei degenti, e lo sgombero dell'edificio -: se il Governo, nell'ambito delle attivita' di verifica sull'agibilita' delle strutture ospedaliere avviata dal sottosegretario Guido Bertolaso, abbia acquisito dati in ordine alla situazione dell'ospedale di Agrigento «San Giovanni di Dio» e quali iniziative di competenza intenda assumere a riguardo.
