        dc:description          "La Camera, considerato che: dopo la bomba fatta esplodere in via Fauro a Roma, la strage di Firenze che e' costata cinque vittime innocenti, il mancato attentato con autobomba sventato dalle forze dell'ordine in Piazza Colonna di nuovo a Roma, la democrazia italiana risulta ancora una volta sottoposta ad una strategia della tensione di cui restano ignoti gli autori e le finalita'; che la gran parte dei delitti di strage sono rimasti a tuttoggi impuniti, destando nell'opinione pubblica un clima di smarrimento e di sfiducia verso le istituzioni dello Stato; nei sedici anni trascorsi il segreto di Stato e' stato opposto nove volte, in merito a processi che riguardavano stragi o casi ad essi collegati; che e' definitivamente caduta, con il crollo del muro di Berlino e con lo sfaldamento del Patto di Varsavia, la ragione ideologica che motivava buona parte di questi segreti di Stato; che da anni risulta depositata alla Camera la proposta di legge d'iniziativa popolare per l'abolizione del segreto di Stato per i reati di strage, promossa da diverse associazioni dei familiari delle vittime, e il cui iter parlamentare e' inspiegabilmente bloccato; impegna il Governo a revocare l'opposizione del segreto di Stato sui seguenti casi: caso Eni-Petromin: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Francesco Cossiga il 22 dicembre 1979; caso Eni-Petromin: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Francesco Cossiga l'11 febbraio 1980; caso Eni-Petromin: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Giovanni Spadolini il 16 luglio 1982; strage treno Italicus: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Giovanni Spadolini il 19 agosto 1982; caso del colonnello Giovannone (sparizione di due giornalisti italiani e rapporti con palestinesi e OLP): opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Bettino Craxi il 28 agosto 1984; caso Augusto Cauchi (attentati in Toscana degli anni '70): opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Bettino Craxi il 28 marzo 1985; caso del procedimento penale su una supposta fornitura di armi alle Brigate Rosse da parte dell'OLP: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Ciriaco De Mita il 25 giugno 1988; caso del procedimento penale sulla vicenda dell'Aereo \"Argo\" in dotazione alla Gladio precipitato a Marghera nel settembre '73: opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Ciriaco De Mita il 28 dicembre 1988; caso del procedimento penale su spionaggio a carico di Valente ed altri (contenuto dal documento Nato, prove standard di laboratorio delle irradazioni compromettenti): opposto dal Presidente del Consiglio Giulio Andreotti il 12 aprile 1991; impegna il Governo a porre il materiale riguardante i casi sopra elencati a disposizione della Commissione Parlamentare d'Inchiesta sul terrorismo in Italia e sulle cause della mancata individuazione dei responsabili delle stragi e della magistratura competente per i vari casi.
