        dc:description          "La Camera, considerato che il dibattito parlamentare sulla vicenda Mancuso ha messo in evidenza, da un lato, un intreccio inquietante di rapporti istituzionali che rischia di gettare il Paese in una crisi dagli esiti imprevedibili, mentre, dall'altro lato, ha fatto emergere un profilo politico che e' in netto contrasto con le garanzie date dal Presidente della Repubblica nel suo messaggio di Capodanno a tutti gli italiani e col carattere esclusivamente tecnico impresso al Governo fin dalla sua nascita; considerato inoltre che il Governo ha perduto la sua originaria connotazione di Governo tecnico; ha interrotto la funzione di tregua che gli era stata assegnata in vista dell'inevitabile giudizio degli elettori; ha ormai completato il suo programma e si rivela, ogni giorno di piu', inadeguato a fronteggiare i piu' gravi ed urgenti problemi del Paese; ritiene indispensabili le dimissioni del Governo per favorire la ricomposizione dei rapporti istituzionali ed il necessario chiarimento politico; e pertanto esprime, ai sensi dell'articolo 94 della Costituzione, sfiducia nei confronti del Governo.
